Rav overheating 2 head gaskets cracked within 30km

I have written several times to toyota and there standard response letter is submittted, they are missing the point. Why does a toyota 103k km on the clock need to have the head gasket replaced twice? Has anybody else experienced similar problems with a Rav 2008 diesel. Toyota, all I want is a fulldiagnostic at the head office not dealers. I also want to understand why two gaskets in under 100km had to be replaced. I need to replace it now again, something is fishy i a nearly certain that a repetition of this will problem will recurr, just as a soon as I have replaced the gasket again. I require reasons why it has happened twice and whatt guarantees i have that it will not happen again and financial assistance I getting this sorted TOYOTA you haven lost your reliability status. You are losing brownie points fast and thiis is the reason why, you simply do not care about losing customers who have supported your for over 50 years and still own 12 toyotas. I even offered to buy a new Toyota for you while you we investigating this matter, NO INTEREST FROM YOU
