I made the biggest mistake ever by choosing Biddulphs Furniture Removals from the 3 quotes I received recently to move my househoild furniture from Durban to Cape Town. I chose Biddulphs because they are supposed to be "International movers" of people's assets and personal possessions...

My furniture & boxes were damaged after they drove less than 10km from my house to their warehouse in Pinetown. Then my furniture was transferred between 3x different trucks where some sealed boxes were opened. Timelines were not kept to & my furniture was eventually delivered to CT last week Wed 15/10/2013. Now, 6 days later & NOBODY has contacted me to assess the damage or to take ANY responsibility for breaking my furniture.

This is SHOCKING for an INTERNATIONAL furniture removals company!!
VERY POOR service, your staff's lax attitude and and ZERO respect for my possessions!! I worked hard to have what I have. Who will pay for my loss?

This was NOT "The best move you'll ever make".

I will NEVER recommend or endorse Biddulphs to ANYBODY and I am going to place the pictures of my damaged goods on the internet for the world to see what happens when Biddulphs "MOVES" you.
