Do not buy used vehicles from this deale

Being an expat engineer and constantly being on the road, having time to go and look for a car I resorted to an online website and found a car I liked which was at this Dealer. I asked my best friend to go and look at the car for me which she did and the result was the car is in good condition but the clutch feels funny. The car is a Mini Cooper S and my past experience is that this car's clutch is a bit stiff so I didnt think anything of it.

My best friend collected the vehicle on my behalf and took it home, I got home 3 hours later and took the car for a drive - after 5km the vehicle was virtually undrivable - the clutch had gone.

The following day I had phoned the dealership and advised them thereof and was told they would get back to me. A few hours after not hearing from them i called and was told they would send a driver to collect the car which was promptly done and efficient.

This morning I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me - They never did. At 4pm I called to find out and was told it would take a week.

Im not happy with the level of service received and believe they should go the extra mile to keep me happy after this incident.
