Car Sounds Problems

This is the 5th time we have to take the car in for some noise that it makes and every time they said its fixed but not even a week then its back again. All they can say is sorry but that does'nt work for me anymore, this is unexceptable. The last time we took the car in for a service they told me i'm to early, never gave me a call when the car was done or came to pick me up after i said i want the car at 3. i had to ask a friend to take me there at 5 and when i came there the car was already done without me knowing.
