Been waiting one year for a reimbursement

I reside in Johannesburg but bought a vehicle from Tavcor VW in George just over a year ago. The vehicle had a fault with the door lock which they agreed to pay for if I had it repaired up in Johannesburg. A year later after the repair I am still waiting. I have sent many emails to Kurt (the salesman) in the last year and every time he promises to sort it out.
