Vw Silveroaks has not paid back my deposit

I'm mpho maubane Last year 17 January 2012 I went to the McCarthy VW silver oaks in Pretoria to buy a new Vw polo vivo 1.4.. I asked them to add on Vw polo vivo mag wheels. I paid a deposit of R8000. I did not sign any document but I was given a receipt Immediately on that weekend of which I am still in possession of that receipt. As time went by I realized that I will not be able to pay the installments. I had not even taken the car yet from the dealer or even signed any document still. I phoned the dealership and informed them I do not want the car anymore because I wont be able to pay for it. That's where all the problems started. They told me they will not pay me back the money as I have ordered extras on it. yet the thing is I did not take the car. even the Dealer principle declined to give me the money. This happened for three month in a row. Because of trauma and other personal problems of which I was hospitalized for. I moved away to Bloemfontein unemployed. I recently came back to Johannesburg. I went back to the Car dealer to get the money back yet now they claim to not have any records of me making the deposit. I STILL HAVE A RECEIPT TO PROVE MY CASE
