NEVER SEND YOUR CAR TO NU WAGON

My car was involved in a accident on 21 of May 2013. It took them 3 days to give me a quote for the car. On confirmation of time to repair Liani said it takes 2 weeks. In the 2 weeks i did not get a call or anything, closer to the end of 2 weeks i called and then only it was clear that there is a problem and the parts has not arrived. From the 28th of May, they said "it will arrive tomorrow". Until 3 June, when i stated getting angry at them then only the parted arrive. They have not offed me a car to rent, I'm have to call them every 2-3 hours to get an update on the car. Today is 2 weeks and 3 days after the accident and i still have to wait another 2 weeks as per there office. I will never send my car there again. I even fear when ever my car is ready this year it will be a half done job. There management is now asking me to be civil about the story? How will you feel when someone to you and in the meantime you suffer, while they do not care about you? It is insane. this company has no idea what they doing. rather take your car to Dent doctor, i have never been disappointed. no one will let you talk to Hennie Muller (the onwer). This is insane and nother is bening done.
