Poor Client Attitude

They rent a car out with a slow puncture and when this is repaired complain that this was done by ourselves. Do we just ride the vehicle until the tire falls off? This will be the case in future.

Call back after three weeks and blame my wife for damaging a CV Joint. There did not appear to be any damage before or after the vehicle was returned and upon our receipt of this vehicle we also had to have it washed and cleaned as it stunk to the high heavens inside of body odour.

We have never had issues like this from any other car renting companies and would rather not deal with Europcar again in future and if offered this by our insurers will decline Europcar services.

Do they think that my wife and myself are 18 year old children the way they talk to us?
