Toyota Service Department in Alberton, the only line I could use to describe what I think of your service is

DIE ENIGSTE HOOP VIR JULLE IS DIE AS HOOP

I'VE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING AS USELESS SINCE I SOLD MY KIA.

After my husband took my vehicle in to get serviced. I arranged with your branch to fetch from work to pick up the vehicle, as I was in Midrand.

After calling your branch easily 20 TIMES speaking to different people and having the phone being hung up by your staff several times, no one could tell me who is going to fetch my husband, or when, or by who.

I phoned again and asked to speak to the manager of the service department - who also hung up my phone call - guess that pretty much explains why the service there is the way that it is.

I phoned yet again and spoke to a lady that promised me that my husband will be fetched - I am still waiting for you to go and fetch him - not only does your service - your also lying to your customers.

At 5 (because you close at 5:30) we had to rush to make a plan to get my husband there, as I was still in Midrand. He just made it in time, and not even one apology.

Your low standards are unacceptable.
