Yesterday my less than 1 month BMW 1series gave me a fault message on screen. I called BMW call center and told them about the error message. They sent a tow company around 9am to take my car to Natal Motors in Empangeni.

At around 4pm no one had called me to let me know what was happening. I had to call them and ask. Because here I was sitting with no car and I did not even know what was happening with my own car. So I called the Hotline again and askef them what I suppose to do now? Teko the guy who assisted me there told me they could offer me a car rental for 24hrs only.

Why do I have to pay for a car rental, when its a manufactures fault? The same manufacturer that has k0let me go 24hrs without my car or any feedback on the progress of my car for that matter.

Im am utterly disapointed at the service I have receivef from BMW and I will probably cancel this deal and take mybusiness somewhere else.
