Poor service twice within a space of a month

1st occurrence: on the 19th of March my vehicle went in for a service. I was informed that there was PDC fault due to water going into the control unit, this I admit was my own fault (water in control). The service advisor then informed me I had to pay additional outside motor plan which I agreed to. However he made a mess of the quote instead of giving me a correct quote he just scratched out using a pen which was not professional. he never gave me feedback so I had to keep calling. Then on the 20th the day before the holiday I went in to collect my car around 4pm and was told I won't get my car till Monday. The manager claimed there was no courtesy car, this to a client who bought the vehicle at his dealership. Eventually after much fighting and frustration I was told I would get my vehicle delivered to me at 6 by the manager. Instead it was delivered by the driver, disappointingly enough there were still fault alarms of the PDC, brakes, DTC. Indicating it had not been tested. I pay R4200 for this vehicle and my dealer fails to give quality service. Only after getting hold of the stand by was my car checked on the holiday. But I had to fight for good service delivery'
