I bought a vehicle from renault route 24 in the month of november 2012 and i am still waiting for my new license disc, the previous one has expired on the 5th month of 2013 and despite calls being made and requests via email from the front desk of the branch, the staff at renault route 24 refuse to contact me and resolve the matter and i have to drive around with a vehicle that has not been taken for its roadworthy or registered to my name
renault route 24 has the worst service i have ever seen from a car dealership and its near impossible to get hold of the dealer principle as he is always in "A MEETING"
Why is it so difficult to just do your job and get the vehicles you sell registered and do all the paperwork correctly and just pick up the phone and inform the client who now will never ever purchase another vehicle from a renault dealership again, what is going on and what needs to happen to resolve the matte
