I would like to compliment Quentin Koen and Raynor Coetzee at Audi Klerksdorp on their excellent service.

I found a fault on my vehicle and without making a prior booking, I went to the dealer and asked them if they could diagnose what the problem might be. With their expertise and without hesitating they quickly took my vehicle, repaired it, and I was on my way within an hour.

During the whole course I was treated with uttermost respect and friendliness. One can say I actually felt like family. They really did more than was asked of them and they had pride in doing it!

Thank you Raynor Coetzee and Quentin Koen at Audi Klerksdorp, I would drive a 1000Km to receive service as I received today.
