ABSOLUTELY USELESS

We agreed to have goods collected from a premises and delivered to our premises. This was to be done on Saturday 01-06-2013 before 13:00. This never happened as the drivers are illiterate and have no clue what they are doing. We had to postpone to Monday 03-06-2013. The manager was all apologetic, and promised that it would be sorted out immediately. it is now 16:25, and they still have not delivered our goods. When speaking to the driver, he has no clue what is going on, and simply hangs up. He said he reported an issue to his boss, and they did not have the decency to contact us as customers to explain. It simply gets ignored.
I am utterly disgusted with the treatment received by this unprofessional company. I would highly recommend that anyone considering to use them rather think twice as they will not deliver as promised and do not care for their customers.
