Saturday the 21st of September, I went to purchase a 4 Piece TV wall unit at Rochester store in Woodmead so I paid in cash, the goods was delivered on Monday, 23 September 2013 just as it was promised but was the wrong color, The driver promised to bring me the correct one the following day, I did not hear anything from Rochester until Friday, 27 September 2013, then I called Dereck, who was both the sales person & the store manager. After many phone calls, emails they delivered the right colored product but damed & used. I then requested that we cancel the deal since they are failing to deliver. And i had to be like am begging & they just don't care. They did came & collected their unit but have not refunded me until now on the 12th of November 2013. And Dereck is avoiding our call & they could not keep any of their promises, to deliver the right product neither to refund my money. The worst customer care I have ever came across. I think it was my first & my last. At Rochester, customer is nothing because we need them & they don't need us, so they think & act. I had went to Woodmead branch after a bad experience at Boksburg branch. All I need is my money & we part ways
