Ford Fury
No feedback and no payment for damages

My husband owns a Ford ST. His side mirror was damaged so he went to the Ford branch on William Nicol to have it replaced. The part was ordered and my husband went through to replace the side mirror. The replacement was done but the during the washing process, the stripes, which my husband paid for, was damaged by the cleaner. My husband got a quote from his stripe place and Marius von Molendorff agreed to pay for it -

My husband got the stripe repaired and paid for it with his own money. He contacted the Ford branch for his money to be refunded and no one has replied. We have written proof that the money will be returned but Ford @ William Nicol is ignoring us so before we seek legal action, we will give ford one last chance to return the funds to us.
