Poor customer service

I've been looking to buy a new car. the process started in early Jan 2013. Ford Fury have been out of stock on Mazda CX5 and Ford Kuga for as long as i have been looking. the dealerships that i have contacted are not bothered with finding a vehicle for me to even test drive. the dealer principal in Rivonia even asked me where he must find a vehicle from. unacceptable attitude to say the least. does ford really not need business, not care about potential clients, not care about customer service? i have yet to test drive a vehicle let alone buy one.
