DRIVE CAR SALES DOESNT PAY

Hi there.

I signed a contract with Drive Car Sales in Cape Town 23rd April. The deal is that we drive around with advertising on the back of a Peugeot car. They organise the finance with MFC and a secondary contract is signed with them where they assure you they will pay you when you submit photographs as per notes for mileage driven. it is 3 months now and i have not received payment. Drive Car customer sales numbers says." the number you have dialed is not in service", it has taken me weeks to get hold of someone called Kugan Munsami [Email Removed] who informs me that actually i have been paid but he cant send me the proof. I have presented original bank statements to them over and over and i have even presented stamped bank statements showing no funds have not been paid into my FNB acc. in the meantime i am having the full amount of the car R2500 deducted from my account every month by MFC without my Drive car sales funds being paid in. I have driven the car around advertising thier products. They have NOT paid me, they dont answer emails and they dont answer the phone. Is Drive Car sales a reputable company. I NEED HELP TO GET MY MONTHLY R1250 FROM THEM
