Rude salesperson and overstated prices

There is no answer at Jonway! Then i go to a dealer to get prices on spares for my brand new 2013 Jonway Bashan 250RR which i cant have regestered in my name before it gets fixed, and the sales lady shouts at me for asking why the prices are not reasonable and why there is no answer at Jonway. How in the life of me can it be more expensive than the original purchace price to replace parts of my motorbike. I dont understand this and i really do not apreciate the rudeness of the dealers in my time of need. The service is pathetic and i am not happy!!
