Purchase of Pre-Owned 2012 Audi Q7 4.2 TDI

I took a spontaneous decision to trade my Merc GL500 against the above vehicle on the morning of Saturday 18th May 2013. I drove home on the Audi Q7 on that Saturday at about 12H00, deal concluded including trade-in on the Merc. The Q7 was booked in for a valet by Rita smith from Wednesday 22nd May 2013 and I was provided with courtesy car to drive and I collected the Q7 on Thursday 23rd May 2013 and drove it home. On Friday morning, my wife noitced a dent in the right front passenger door that was definitely not there when I dropped the vehicle for valet and I contacted Rita to ask her if she could investigate if the dent happened on Audi Northcliff premises because could not recall it happening when driving the vehicle home. In all honesty, had not checked the car when I collected it on the Thursday ie I had no proof of when or where the damage occured. Rita reverted to me on Tuesday 28th May advising that they could not see anything on their security cameras and could also not ascertain where and when the damage had occured BUT undertook to repair the damage for me FREE OF CHARGE notwithstanding the fact I could not prove anything. Integrity AND service - outstanding!
