Sold cars with tampert kilometers

They sold me a 2006 Ford Focus TDCi in Aug 2012 with 132000km on the clock. with the promise of a full serves history. When I require the Serves Hist doc after delivery of the car Johan said that they will bring it later., it never happened I did my own investigation at Ford and find that the car was sold to a ford Branch in JHB in May 2012 with 256000km on the clock a difference of 120000km. Jan told me that it was their supplier that did it and they sold me a clean car. I paid R95000 for the car the retail for the car is R84000 now and I ask that back from Four J's Motors Jan offer me R75000 and what will he make with the car, so he will most probably sell it for more then R90000 if I don't take what he is offering it is my problem
