I bought my car (Ford Focus 2008) from Investment Cars Bryanston and since day 1, the whole deal did not go smoothly. They gave alot of empty promises, they said it had never been in an accident, there is a service book and manual and spare keys for the car. On delivery of the car, there were no spare keys, no service book and no manual. To cut a long story short, they sold it to me as a 2008 model, when I phoned Ford to book it in for a service (85000km's), they advised that the car is actually a 2005 model (checked the VIN number). What I would like is a full investigation on this - either Investment cars must take the car back and give me my deposit back, or they must contact Wesbank (customer number 11063763001) and my insurance (First For Woman - policy 951080868) so that they can work my premiums out according to a 2005 model. The car has been sold to me under false pretences and if they are not willing to accommodate my request, I will be taking legal action.
