Ford couldn't fix my car for 3 months. I personally went back, took my car to Bosch, They fixed the car in 2 days and told me that Ford did not check the oil level, did not check the turbo valves, and did not service the car like they billed me for. Ford and Mazda Silver Lakes uses Inexperienced car mechanics in their 20tys to work on cars costing the consumer money. Their Admin is not up to date and Henk and Anton (managers) don't know what is going on in their own business.

Due to this lack of service I sold my ford and bough a Hyundai i20. I will never buy a ford again due to the bad service of Ford and Mazda.
