DISGUSTING AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The individuals at AVIS croydon have provided extremely poor service.
They are only interested in making there commission and nothing else.
The individual, Khani, i was initially liasing with in purchasing a veicle was poor in following up on my issues which included, paint on the bumper, scratches, indents, broken aircon, marks inside the vehicle. When it was returned from the air service there were are screwdriver marks, scratches and dents in the vehicle.
Following that i escalated my issue to management, Kobus who promptly responded he disapproves of how i was treated and will be rectifying the issues the following business day. It was now been 6 weeks and ive heard nothing from management. After 4 weeks i send another email requesting what was happening, no response. Now after 6 weeks i have phoned management who brushed me off and couldnt talk or respond because they were too busy to deal with me, a customer. They made me feel unimportant and didnt care of the after sale service or the condition in which the vehicle was sold to me. I would never recommend them, Ever! i knew some one who wanted to buy from them, but i promptly set them straight, they no looking elsewhere
