BP Pretoria can not put feul into vehicles

This is not the first time i put this on Hallow Peter. I drive a Golf Bp cannot fill without messing petrol I complain to the Manager he tells me my car has a problem that is not there problem. I have a Dodge also the same story also with BMW. I took my Bakkie today to full up and the messed almost 2 L off diesel and they refused to pay for this. I wonder what will the excuse will be form BP in this as there staff is not fully trained to full a parsons vehicle and this is not acceptable.
