Tim obtained full payment from me by telling me the car was nearly ready for collection. He then ducked and dived for AGES while or damaging over R100K of parts. He even my wiper blades, globes & fuses. Tim is the king of promises & blaming suppliers, his wife, engineers, customs, other customers, cashflow issues or staff... anyone and anything except himself. This is on the rare occasion he actually answers his phone or responds to a text message with more than one word...

I collected my car 3 months ago - consulted a lawyer but considered just cutting my losses and fixing the car vs. chasing. Tim then had the audacity to contact me saying sorry and saying he would return my parts. 3 weeks later - still nothing (as with jknifeza who posted on here). Almost fortunately, in my case, he was stupid enough to admit guilt and even sent me pics of my parts which can now be used as evidence.

Tim is suffering from some serious mental condition, addiction or simply can't remember all the he tells his various clients.

With so many criminal and civil cases cropping up against him, hopefully he will be brought to justice & TRB closed down for good.
