Unacceptable delays

I took my car in for repairs 7 weeks ago. My car is still not ready and they were just fixing the boot and back bumper. This is really inconveniencing, you cannot keep someone's car for close to two months. Really not impressed. They keep telling me that there are parts they still getting, how do you get VW parts for 7 weeks?
