Waiting for 4 months for answers for parts

I went to Kia Edenvale, service side, in the beginning of August and got a quote to fix my water bottle and pipes. I was told the parts would take 3 weeks. After a month I followed up and the parts had not even been ordered. I then called and emailed to made sure the parts had been ordered. McCarthy Land Rover had agreed to pay as the damage had happened before I purchased the vehicle from them. After continuously phoning and no one getting back to me, the parts just had not arrived until the end of November. Once the parts had arrived Kia still did not contact me and I had to follow up once more just to find out they were getting paid BEFORE even asking me to bring my car in. Surely a service must be provided for any payment is made? For 4 months I had to run after the service in Kia and NO ONE was willing to help. Got the run around every day. I was told that there were people there collecting cars and no one could assist me as they were helping customers. Clearly I was not considered a customer. I spoke to various people and it was the same story - we will call you back, I'm still waiting! Needless to say I don't want to deal with them. I have never experienced such bad service!
