Incompetent and

Approached this crowd for repairs to an oven and hobb. Incorrect parts were installed and workmanship was questionable. Payment was demanded in full even with incorrect temporary parts but only paid 75% on condition that the correct parts will be supplied and installed. Numerous follow up calls and for months following resulted in no completion of the job. Certain of the parts replaced subsequently failed. Sourced the correct parts myself, which I was told were not available, however I found them at 3 different suppliers at a fraction of the cost and ended up fixing the appliances myself during which further defective workmanship and substandard parts were identified. Simply a bunch of incompetent, seems to be some sort of. Also trade as All appliance services.
