After horrible a service that caused my car to break down, they promised to replace the parts that broke. I've been waiting for these parts more than 6 weeks (even though the service center accross the road can order the parts in 2 days).
They don't notify me about anything, when I phone I'm put on hold for 10minutes and they promise to phone back, but they never do.
This is just one of my horror stories. I can not stress enough that you should AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!
