No parts available in SA

In 2012 i had purchased a brand new Sonata Exec. In April, i was involved in a front smash. Parts have to be ordered from overseas Korea or Belgium. Some of the parts are headlamp, radiator, aircon pipes etc.
My question is why does Hyundai not have parts readily available. People are buying Hyundai cars, suvs daily. Accidents are going to happen.
I had become a fan of Hyundai, but not anymore. A month down the line, i am still awaiting for my vehicle to get repaired.
