My dad has financed more than one car with MBFSSA in just under two years ending 2013. he was involved in a tragic accident in April 2013.Our insurance have since scrapped and written off the car and are initialising settlement. The car in question had credit life cover and we have been contacting MBFSSA to get the debt settled due to Credit Life cover BUT We have been calling mbfssa consistently trying to get assistance and the procedure for the Credit life claim since he is since deceased BUT we have being referred from pillar to post with no success

Still to this day we haven't received feedback or a contact person to assist in processing the credit life claim as the car has been written off by his insurance with the car being scrapped. The car instalment will continually initiate since no claim has been processed by mbfsaa.
I am disgruntled at the level of service we have been receiving from mbfssa as still to this day no assistance has been received as it seems no one seems to be know what their job description entails or the meaning of customer service. The mbfssa contact centre repeatedly but no response has been received as we are transferred from one consultant to anothe
