Failure to honor warranty on engine rebuild

Do not buy Subaru vehicles from KZN branch or SA distributors. They do not stand by their product. Bought a brand new Forester and had Engine failure at 73000 Km they rebuilt engine under warranty and it failed just after 10.000 (they gave 12 month 30.000 warranty} yet they fail to fulfill their obligation. A lousy car and sold buy a francize which ducks and dives and shuns responsibility. The Forester has had piston lead failures all over the world yet it failed to recall their product. SA consumers are being ripped off and Subaru should not be allowed to trade in SA. They are a disgrace to the Motor Industry. They have now been reported to the Motor Industry Ombudsman. Buy anything but a Subaru you have been warned!
