Bad client service and not honouring an agreement

I purchased a vehicle from them and the sales lady mislead me by saying certain accessories is available for my vehicle which was not available at all. they then wanted to solve this problem by promising me a new deal where after they once again came back with an excuse why they can not offer me what they promised. they have the worst client services someone can receive.
