Won't refund as per sales agreement

I bought and paid cash for a used car from CMG in January. When I got it home, after doing less than 50km, I discovered some faults on it that I was not happy about and that same evening requested they take the vehicle back and refund me as per the sales agreement terms and conditions. I did not drive it again and they collected the vehicle 2 days later in exactly the same condition as I received it. I complied with all aspects of their return conditions in the sales agreement but they have refused since then to refund me or even return the vehicle to me. They are continuing to hold the vehicle ransom until I apologize for some of the comments I have made as my frustration levels have grown. It has now been over 4 months and Christo refuses to refund me or meet with me to try and resolve it and I am having to seek recourse through the CPA to get my money back.

Come on guys - honour your own sales agreement and refund the vehicle as requested.
