To busy for Priorities??

My car went in for the first annual service (14000 km) on Wednesday. Thursday afternoon I had to take my service book to the branch for the service stamp which they neglected to do. For some reason after that my car had no power or brakes. I took my car back to Leon's at 16:00, at 18:00 they eventually gave up for the day and gave me a loan car. Today I had to phone them at 12:00 for any news and again at 15:00 to find out that they are very busy and can only attend to my car when they have a change. To me that is unacceptable. My car is new, there was nothing wrong when it went in. I feel that my car is priority due to their negligence.
