Hi today at 11:57 I tried to make a service booking for my car at Barons Culemborg but the receptionist told me all service consultants is busy and took my contact details to be called back. At 12:53 I missed the call from them as I was out of reach for cell phone signal. At 12:56 I returned the missed call and told the receptionist that I returned the call I missed earlier and was stunt when she reply arrogantly that she sit the whole day with earphones and returned all calls. I then I respond by saying as a 1st time customer our journey cannot start in this manner. I told her because of her attitude I don't feel comfortable to service my car with Barons Culemborg on which she confirm i rather go to another dealer. I contact City Volkswagen and experience professionalism of a high level. While talking to the consultant something urgent came up and told the consultant I will phone him back as something urgent came up, he offered to call me back and we could continue my booking, that was small but impressive. I will never recommend Barons Culemborg to anyone.
