GOT TWO CARS FROM THEM PAID TWO DEPOSITS

I bought two vehicles from earn a car and in total have given them 45000 deposit. the first vehicle was hijacked and we decided that it is a marked car and replaced it. we were given a audi, all costs were paid. the audi gave immense problems from the word go. it went back to them, the gearbox packed whilst on holiday i spent 15000 in extra accommodation. after several attempts to see them they had the excuse they could not get hold of me yet a certain Len had my number. i got an invoice saying i am in advance. needless to say the car was given back to them for further repairs, we found the car has been in a huge accident. I have not heard a word from them, left messages and no response. E mails no response and no money back. According to the Consumer Act this is in direct conflict of the Act.
