NO feedback, bad attitude and no apology!

This is not the first time that we have had bad service at FNB! It is in fact the third time. In this particular situation, we wanted to open a business account. The CIPRO documents were sent through but did not show up on their system. Then we emailed him the proof of address and ID, a WEEK LATER, no response. We eventually had to go there and then he said he needed the originals, which he could have informed us about. We went back with the originals and then he said 'where is ' and we said, you just said you needed these documents and proceed until we just need to sign. He then said no you need the director, so I said you havent even responded to any emails and you are inefficient. He just looked at me, no apology nothing. Then he said he would process everything and come to the office to be convenient for us. (which was supposed to be at 4) He then called at 16: 17 and said it could not be done as there was an issue with the CIPRO documents. Not only has he wasted our time, he was very rude, and gave us misleading information. You guys spend so much money on advertising, spend it on customer service! VERY UNFRIENDLY, truly disappointed and ive never had this issue at my bank!
