Volkswagen give me a new car!!!

Good day Complaints department

I recently bought a brand new Cross Polo 16TDI from Tableview VW.( My dream car)

From the start I only had troubles with my car. There was and still is a massive knocking sound on the right front of my car.
I can even feel the knocking/bumping sound making a noise in my steering column.

I took the car to Philwest VW in Somerset West and they were of great help. However this car is causing problem after problem and
I lost all the joy of driving a new car.

Second I don't feel safe in the car anymore after being told that the engine/gearbox mounting was broken? My steering column needs to be replaced?
Would you feel safe in a car if someone gave you news that your mountings and steering column is broken?

Philwest has replaced the mounting by now. Yet again they have to import a new steering column from Germany. I have to wait two weeks for this.
My car needs to go in another day or two. This causes great frustration for me and my work as I need my vehicle every day.

Please let me know what I am about to do about all of this? I mean it is a new car? Please give my money back or a different car. I am feddup with all these troubles. It NEW?
