Poor customer service and bad attitude

I purchased a blu ray on the 1st of March and it was an open copy; however Brian Davidson from the store informed me that if the disc gave me any issues I could return it. I told the lady at the counter who was assisting me today that I wanted a new disc as the copy that was sold to me was not functioning properly. The lady went to speak to her colleague and never returned. The gentlemen that assisted me at the point of sale on the 1st of March then came and tested the disc and to my surprise it worked. The gentlemen then told me that it could work in the store but may not work properly on other players. The manager then came to assist; however as he mentioned, " he thought" I wanted my money back and began giving me attitude and became very sarcastic. He said that customers buy a disc and then return it after use and expect their money back. I then told him that I did not want the money I simply wanted a new disc. Hugo wasted my time in the store and made my wife and I look like criminals. I no longer want the disc and I wish to have a refund. I will purchase the disc from a store that is more customer friendly and will keep to their word.
