I joined Clientele life Hospital plan in 2011 and paying them amount R723 every mounth, i was admitted on the 07/05/2013 and discharged on the 19/05/2013 and when i submitted my claim on the 29/07/2013, they phone telling me that i must post a disc that i received from hospital of which that was never mentioned when i join them, the documents i sent to them was copies of the disc, form from the Dr and hospital report, to get the Dr to sign my form i have to pay R300, to receive a disc is R202.00, printing a disc R250 and faxing all this document was R325.00 yet im paying them R723 every mounth, now they telling me my application was declien because in the scan report is saying nothing was found yet this paople wanted to rob me when they asked for my original copy of the disc.
