I was sold a car that belongs to MFC

On Friday the 10th of January 2014, Danie (0837346249) and his wife Sandra (0764796501) the owners of DH Bezuidenhout sold me a car A 2004 BMW 323CI registration FRP 032 NW that belongs mfc and he told me that the car don't belong to any bank and I will get the papers in two weeks and I asked about the licence expiring date he said march 2014. when I was driving the car I realised that there was no disc on the window I stopped and called him and he told me that he changed the windscreen due to hale storm and he forgot to transfer the disc to the new wind screen. on Monday the 13th of January 2013 I checked with the licence department in Pretoria and that's when I realised that the car is registered under MFC and the licence disc expired in January 2009. I called about the disc and the MFC story and he said he will call mfc and told the lawyer brought the car for repair 5 years ago and he failed to pay the damage of of R300 000 and that's why he confiscated the car and sold it to me 5 years later. I called the lawyer Nkwana (0733562375) and he agreed that he gave the car to Danie I called MFC to help me to track the previous owner they refused. What must I do with a car without disc.
