Total Overall Bad Experience

Cars & Transport

Purchased a Porsche Cayenne Turbo in December from Porsche directly. 2 weeks later while in Durban the gearbox started giving trouble so we went to Porsche Umhlanga and the service manager reported that the transfer box was the problem and it needed to be replaced. I had to book the vehicle in 10 times at Joburg and I kept on getting the same response that there was nothing wrong. Frustrated and furious I stormed into Porsche and told the salesman I want it repaired or my money. Once again it went to the service department who this time acknowledged the problem. Got vehicle back after 2 and a half months. Then I started getting warning signals "Electric load. Please switch off" "Shock Absorbers" "PSM Malfunction. Workshop Immediately" "Service 2000km" Service is only due after 15000km. Took vehicle to Porsche last week & once again they need parts. My husband asked them to please trade the vehicle in and give us a new vehicle. Porsche will only give me 40% of what I paid for it a mere 8 months ago of which I drove it for 4 months maximum. I asked if I could have the vehicle back while they wait for parts but the lady said the vehicle is very dangerous to drive & they don't advise it
