I HATE MY CAR and worst service

First of all I got my car in 2012 its NEW, my drivers speakers squeak! I am having a huge problems with my car only from after the service! On the 12th April 2013 I took my car in for its 20000km service the next day it started making horrible noises when I went over speed bumps like the back two wheels were going to fall off!! I then called Ford on the 25th April they told me to come in on the Monday the 29th April I got there at 7:30 to be told my car was not booked in BUT I did receive a confirmation sms stating my car has been booked!! They told me I had to come back the next day 30th April total waste of my time! They secured rear suspension&secured handbrake cables&I was promised it was fixed! The very next day I had the same issue! I called back&spoke to Neil he told me he will come here drive the car to see what the issue is! I DONT have time for this fix my car tell me what the is the problem ASSIST me! I have not heard from Neil again! I am completely annoyed! FORD called me asking me about the service i told them the issue&still NOTHING! To top it up they made me wait 3 HOURS in the street when I was collected! this is unacceptable DISGUSTING service!
