I took my vehicle to Action Ford Constantia, on 13 April 2013, for a mechanical problem that is still not fixed, since December 2012. On 17 April 2013 I went to collect my Ford Fiesta, I saw that the windscreen is full of chip marks and white paint spots on my RED car - they were doing renovations or something at the Ford entrance - so I had to use the Mazda entrance. I immediately phoned Adriaan who told me to bring my car in so that they can replace the windscreen. The next day, I phoned Estelle, left a message, but she didn't reply. On 19 April 2013, I went to Action Ford and Estelle took my VIN number to order the Windscreen. She asked me which day will suit me, and I told her "not Monday, but Tuesday or Wednesday is fine". She was supposed to phone back and make an appointment, which she never did. The service at this dealership, is not up to standard!

It feels like I am driving a second hand car, and I am disappointed, because my car is only 2 years old, and I took good care of my car! Ria Vermaak
