Third Recall Problem

I phoned the call centre because my car needed to be towed for the third time due to a recall problem. Road side assistance came and collected my car and no one called me telling me if they received my car or where it was dropped off. When called to find out what's happening with my car, the call centre said there is nothing they can do I must phone around to different Fords looking for my car. I eventually found my car but nobody at the dealership even knew that my car was there or why it was there. Then they said that a service consultant will call me to open a file. I had to wait over two hours for a phone call. I got this car brand new in 2011 and it has been a night mare ever since. this is the worst car ever I will not advise anyone to get a Ford Figo ever. In fact any Ford because their service that they give is disgusting and very unacceptable. I could of gotten a much better car second hand but I thought I should get a new car so that I wont have any problems but in the mean time this is the worst car anyone could ever have. This will be the last Ford I will ever buy and Hopefully I can stop some people from buying a Ford as well.
