My polo door lock was repaired Jan 2013, which i paid an amount of R2100, the lock stopped working middle of April &then worked intermittingly. I reported it to vw on the 3/05/2013 &I was advised no fault found as the lock worked when vw tested it. My car was booked in yesterday only to be advised its the wiring that needs to b replaced &I am to pay an amount of R1500, because only yesterday did an auto electrician check my car, the lock is doing the exact same thing it did prior to me replacing the lock in Jan. I put in a complaint to vw headoffice to meet with the service manager, Indren. I then met him only to realise I was dealing with an incompetant man who lacks people's skills and has to empathy towards his customers. He does not value a loyal customer. I am disgusted with the responses i received from Indren, infact i do not know what's more disgusting the service I received or his attitude. The responses he gave to me as a customer was, "what do you want me to do& we can sit here and go in circles". Remember your customer is always right. Donot forget the customer protection act as well. I donot want a reply from Indren, as you disgust me. I want a call from your manager.
