Didn't Pitch and still won't return refund

I originally booked my removals for the 27 April and after a bit of backwards and forwards with Donald he was happy to change it to the 1 May. He said he had a job to complete in Pietermaritzburg first but will be able to get down to me in La Lucia by about 11.

On the day of the move I contacted him to confirm the exact time and the response I got was oh was I moving you today because I am on my way to Jhb, when I responded YES, Donald said can I come tomorrow. So with hardly an apology I had to rearrange my move. I am still trying to get my deposit of R1400 back after sending my backing details through on a number of times and given many a promise I am still without my money.

I hope to have this resolved ASAP, I do find it difficult to get hold of anyone on either his landline 033 3941046 or cell phone 082 3816838.
