Pathetic Service at After Sales Services: Zambesi

I do not have any other option but this to tell you about my bad experience with the repair of my car at the services department at the Zambesi dealership.

Summary
My car went in on the 5th of April 2013 for repairs. It is now 14 May 2013 and I am still without my car.
I was told that there is something wrong with the gearbox as it pops out of second gear.

Detail
I took my car in on 5 April 2013.
I was told by Karina that my car will be ready in 2 weeks. (The latest 18 April 2013.)
On 19 April landed up speaking to Ian McDoogle (Sic) but that was just a waste of time as he, as manager of the services department, didn't want to assist in his capacity as manager and just passed the issue back to the personnel (Karina).
I had to make the calls everytime I wanted to know what is going on. Even after I was told they will call me!
After an e-mail was sent to Hyundai SA, I was told I will have my car today 14 May 2013. After I had to call again, I was told that they cannot bring my car. It is now more than 5 weeks that I am without my car!!
